^PrArsenic Trioxide Solution for Injection (arsenic trioxide)

^PrArsenic Trioxide Solution for Injection is an antineoplastic. Each vial contains 10 mg arsenic trioxide as the active ingredient in a 10 mL glass vial.  Arsenic Trioxide Solution for Injection also contains non-medicinal ingredients: hydrochloric acid for pH adjustment, sodium hydroxide and water for injection.

Indication:
For induction of remission and consolidation in patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL), which is refractory to or has relapsed from retinoid and anthracycline therapy, and whose APL is characterized by the presence of the t(15;17) translocation or promyelocytic leukemia-retinoic-acid-receptor alpha (PML-RARα) gene expression.
