Narcan® Injection (naloxone hydrochloride)

Each ampoule of Narcan Injection contains 400 micrograms of naloxone hydrochloride, 9 mg of sodium chloride, hydrochloric acid for pH adjustment and water for injections to 1 mL.

Indication:
For the complete or partial reversal of opioid depression, including respiratory depression, induced by opioids. Narcan is also indicated for the diagnosis of suspected acute opioid overdosage. Refer to Product Information for full indication.
