Two core values stand tall and strong, Teamwork and Communication. Teamwork is celebrated and encouraged as employees work together collaboratively towards shared goals. The foundation of this value was built upon treating others with respect and fairness, valuing the unique differences each individual brings to the table and celebrating the diverse backgrounds which form our company. Phebra fosters an environment where knowledge, expertise, and information are freely shared to help build positive relationships both internally and externally with the people we work with in a way which treats our colleagues with respect and fairness and values our individual differences.

Another pillar of Phebra’s corporate identity is Personal Accountability. Every employee is empowered to make a difference by taking responsibility for their own performance. They understand the importance of continuously learning, acting on feedback by embracing new opportunities and challenges and by adopting a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving, always seeking ways to overcome challenges and deliver exceptional results.

Commitment to Quality is deeply ingrained in every Phebra team member, linking us all to our common goal. We recognise the critical nature of the quality and supply of the medicines manufactured at Phebra and take every action within our power to ensure excellence. Adherence to Phebra’s quality standards, cGMP code, workplace health and safety systems, and other regulatory requirements are non-negotiable. Moreover, each employee understands the importance of promptly communicating any issues or events that could potentially impact the quality of a product reaching a patient. Our commitment also extends to continually improving our systems and we welcome employee suggestions for improvement to products and processes and celebrate when these are successful throughout the business.

Leadership also plays a pivotal role. Phebra’s leaders take long-term view of organisational success and ensured sustainability. They have created successful teams by fostering a culture of achievement and inclusion, where individuals have a clear understanding of the business objectives and how their role helps achieve these objectives. We see this value as something each Phebra employee can adopt into their everyday roles to become a personal leader, one who drives their own objectives and outcomes and understands that their individual contribution plays a part in driving Phebra’s success.
